Mastering Meal Planning - £75
When we consider succeeding at any new thing, at the end of the day, it all comes down to planning! Our meal-planning workshop is designed to take the work out of planning your meals and will teach you how to see meal planning as a fun and 13 rewarding exercise that allows you to take control of your diet. During the workshop, you’ll learn exactly what should be included in your meals so that they are convenient, nutritiously adequate, and satisfying. And because we know that your family’s meals are just as important as yours, you’ll also learn how to provide plant-based meals for your entire household that will keep your family coming back for more!
Creating meaningful change - £75
