Dr. Terri Holloway, a nutritionist and the director of Swap Meat Limited, embarked on a transformative journey over 15 years ago. A serious medical issue led her to discover the profound benefits of a plant-based diet. Inspired by the significant improvements in her own health, Dr. Holloway pursued a PhD in Nutrition in England, where she developed evidence-based interventions demonstrating remarkable health improvements through dietary changes.
At Swap Meat, the belief is that vegetables promote life. The company's mission is to support clients in regularly incorporating more plant-based foods into their diets, gradually 'swapping' traditional meat choices for healthier plant alternatives. Swap Meat also provides expert nutritional support for vegans and vegetarians, equipping them to maximize their health and avoid deficiencies.
