Our Story
Hi, I’m Dr. Terri Holloway, nutritionist and director of Swap Meat Limited. Over 15 years ago, a serious medical issue led me to explore the profound benefits of a plant-based diet. Motivated by the positive changes I experienced, I pursued a PhD in Nutrition, where I developed evidence-based interventions demonstrating significant health improvements through dietary changes. Swap Meat Limited was founded to share these scientifically-backed benefits and inspire others. Join us in this research-driven movement towards a healthier future!
